The formation of mould is a problem in many homes, resulting in unpleasant stains on the wall. Mould spores are always present in the air and mould will develop when the spores find the ideal environment to grow on moisture. On exteriors, mould grows mainly on north facing walls. It is advisable to treat mould when the first signs appear as it is much easier for Muffycid to act and remove It at this stage. On exterior surfaces, the best period to remove mould is during the Spring. It is recommended not to perform any exterior treatments during summer or autumn because of the climate conditions.

Spray the neat productonto the mouldy surface and wait for a few minutes.
In very difficult situations it may be necessary to repeat the operation after 15 minutes.
Warning
Mould should not be scrubbed or brushed as this could cause spores to spread, creating a further proliferation of mould on the moist area.
In cases where there is a consistent presence of moss or/and algae however, we recommend that before the treatment with Muffycid, surfaces are scrubbed or brushed.
