The contract for sale is made when we confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.
The contract is governed by English law.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably practicable but in no circumstances will we be liable for any delay in delivery or consequent loss. If we cannot deliver the goods within 30 days we will tell you. If you do not wish to wait you may cancel and any payment will be refunded.

Once the goods are delivered to you, they are your property and we are not responsible for any subsequent damage. If the goods are damaged in transit to you, we will replace them at our expense within 7 days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery or within 7 days from the date you receive the goods. Please follow the instructions contained in the e-mail confirming your order if you wish to cancel, or telephone 0208 205 7885. If you have received the goods before you cancel, you must return them in their original packaging or with equivalent protection, at your expense. If an order is cancelled we will return the price of the goods within 30 days, using the method of payment that you used.
Returns
You should check the goods as soon as they arrive with you. We must be notified of any damaged or wrongly ordered stock within 7 days. You can only return goods after the 7 day cancellation period if they are faulty, but they must be returned within a month. Refunds (including the cost of carriage back to us) will be made within 30 days of our receiving goods validly returned.
